Reservation Policies at The Prime Street Grille

Reservations may be made 8 days in advance

To ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests, dining times are allocated as follows:

1-2 Guests : 1.5 hours

3-4 Guests : 2 hours

5-10 Guests : 2.5 hours or until restaurant closing

Please note:

20% gratuity added to all checks on holidays. Holiday weekends only offer our holiday menu

We will hold your table for 10 minutes, so please change your reservation online if you are running late

The largest group we can accommodate is 10 guests in a single reservation if we have availability.

To maintain fairness and consistency in our booking system:

Multiple reservations made to create a larger party cannot be honored.

Requests to be seated near another reservation cannot be accommodated.

Reservations made with the intent to combine or sit together will be canceled, and reservation fees will apply.

We do not move or combine tables to seat groups near one another.
